Studies conducted at Drexel University detail how study participants engaged in creative activities recorded lower levels of cortisol stress hormone and improved mood and self efficacy.
CRITICAL THINKING DEVELOPMENT
Research shows that creativity is a critical part of developing critical thinking skills, problem solving, motivation, and resilience.
